Individual preference and a bit of information...
Very easy to cook, and tasty. But, I haven't liked the slick kind of feel of the noodles, so I went to using Basmati, brown, organic rice I ordered a 5 pound bag of on Amazon, instead. It has a great flavor and no slick feel on the tongue and mouth. I cook 1 cup of the rice so that I have 1/4 cup each day within or accompting a meal. Also, this small amount is low in Oxalates, something to be aware of when eating plant foods, which I had to discover from landing in the hospital with Oxalate Poisoning, the drug companies hide from health professionals within their higher education regarding health matters, as all that is needed is information and applying it to recover health, as I accidently discovered from a Google question about kidney stones I suffer badly with & Sally K. Norton's book, TOXIC SUPERFOODS, I ordered from Amazon, was on their list for help. The day after returning from a 5 day hospital visit my heart doctor quickly got me in, saving me from kidney failure and possibly heart failure--I have 14 heart diagnoses--from an overload of oxalate crystals which robbed my cells of potassium, therein, causing a 5 day IV drip and potassium pills every 4 hours until my cells filled with it and I went home to find Sally's book in my mailbox the next day, directing me to the no drug nor any surgeries, to correct the problem & great health, now, within my 87th year of life and a week later, learning that my heart doctor did NOT know the CAUSE OF MY DEMISE related to my overload of oxalate crystals & oxalate liquid from so many high oxalate plant foods, recommended by doctors, which were so, very, high in oxalates. I showed him Sally's book I had ordered from Amazon due to my Google search, for the answer to my problem & today, after 3 years of my treatment, recommended & described within Sally's book I have gained back many great health situations such as no more severe muscle pain all over my body and so much more, like great strength to keep up all I love to do in my gardens without any help! So, if I eat any rice product I eat enough, but not so much to cause sickness and later death from Oxalate Poisoning. : ) But, I do want to say, again, this, organic, Udon Rice Noodles is a good product. : ) I just don't like the slick like feeling in my mouth.

I can ENJOY Spaghetti, after 15 years G-F!
After 15 years of having to be gluten-free, I can finally enjoy spaghetti again! Oh, Iโve had other gluten-free Spaghetti noodles, but itโs always been extremely disappointing. I had given up eating Spaghetti until my son, who suddenly has to be gluten-free, found these Udon noodles. I love the taste and texture. If I could suddenly eat gluten again, I would still use these noodles for my spaghetti. Next I will try them in Chicken Noodle Soup, another loved dish I have desperately missed.

Good flavor and texture For Asian dishes
For those of us who are GF this is a good noodle to make Pad Thai and other Asian dishes that canโt be had in a restaurant.

Great GF option
I love these noodles as they are smooth and have a chewy bouncy texture. They are pretty sturdy noodles that won't break down. I love the texture but my husband finds them a little slimy. Being gluten free they offer a great texture you don't often get in GF noodles. Great for Pho or other noodle dishes or soup.

Good Udon, Great that it is Organic Brown Rice.
Good tasting noodle. I wish they were a little thicker, like traditional Udon.

Good Texture
Got these on Amazon because theyโre cheaper in bulk than buying at Whole Foods. Great texture, which is sometimes hard to find with brown rice pasta. Will buy more!

Avoiding bleach wheat
These are the best brown rice noodles on the market if your avoiding bleached white flour pasta like me. I love these and give to friends to try as well. Yummy!
