Nice Digital Tool
The only other digital tool that I own is a Mitutoyo caliper, it was a gift, and everything else is old school analog. I saw this tool and thought why not give it a try, the price is right, and it has a nice base. Even if the indicator gauge is no good, I've got a usable base for my other gauges. Well, I love this thing! After running a few tests on some standards, I found it to be quite accurate, and it's very easy to use: no dials to turn, zeros out with the push of a button, and it seems to be durable. Time will tell if it performs, but so far so good. Also, it's much easier for these old eyes to read! The magnetic base works great! The magnet is strong, and it is very stable. I'm presently using it to turn an MT1 wood lathe taper. The dimensions are dead on. Highly recommend!

I read someone else's review that said they used it to do a gear change in a differential, my exact purpose for buying this. The magnetic hold of this thing, when switched on, is insane. You absolutely can not pull it off or even slide it the slightest bit, yet switch it to off and its like there’s no magnet at all. Easy to use and easy to read.

Backlash setting
Easy to read. Used it to set the backlash on a 10 both GM rearend and it worked great!

Great for checking warped rotors on autos.
Bought this to check the rotors on my truck. Hard to get set on o , but still can get A good reading. No more than I will use it, I think it is A good product for the price.

Adjustable arm and magnetic base works, and so does indicator
I just got this indicator for use on my desktop CNC and the magnetic arm’s base seems to hold quite well on a bit of 1/8” steel plate exposed on the back of this mostly aluminum head, as shown. Only half of the base is in contact with the plate but it seems rigid enough for my purposes. The arm felt very sold when stuck to a 1-2-3 block.

Ein gelungenes Produkt zu einem tollen Preis.
Super gute verarbeitet und macht das was es soll kann man nur empfehlen. Persönlich finde ich Magnetfuß mit der Klemmung spitze. Meßuhr in Position bringen und dann die große Klemmschraube festdrehen, fertig. Die digitale Meßuhr läuft sehr weich und zeigt genaue Werte an.
