Pretty simple to use / great for small businesses
These books are great. They provide a good written accounting record of business for small businesses. They have a monthly summary sheet, that, if you use it correctly, you move it to overlap the next month, and simply transfer the previous month’s info. (See picture .) Keep a running total so at the end of the year, it’s breeze to tally. Used these for many years. Only available in my area online. Also, balance by line item, previous month, current month, and year total… each month. Used these for many years.

Old Fashioned Backup
I have been using this bookkeeper for 20 years. We're a sole propiertor business and by using this book, we can physically open, the pages to each month, and not worry because we have power outages. It's an old fashioned and reliable back up. There are many lines, sections, labels for your expenditures, supplies, payroll and receipts which are outlined for your benefit. Very inexpensive and durable.

Different Cover
This product no longer has the vinyl wrap around cover. For the last few years it has been stiff, gold cardboard. The inside is the same so I'm not really complaining.
