Great product - works very well
My girlfriend's Fusion has been neglected for the 2+ years that she has owned it and I finally got a chance to work on the seats a bit. For reference, I didn't dilute this product at all when I used it. Chemical Guys has some videos on YouTube that suggest cutting this 6:1 or 3:1, depending on how dirty the leather is, etc. - 6:1 for maintenance cleaning, 3:1 for moderate cleaning, etc. I don't know if they mention using it straight out of the bottle or not, but that's what I did. Rear seats don't get used much, more of a storage area, so I started there. Pulled some dirt, but not much, as expected. Great to see that it didn't pull any color off of the black leather at the same time. Didn't do any damage to the leather at all. Just sprayed some of the cleaner on a bit on a microfiber towel and scrubbed lightly at first, then a little harder to see if that made much of a difference (it really didn't). Then I put a couple of pea-sized dots of the conditioner on a different microfiber towel and worked it into the freshly-cleaned leather. Didn't notice a huge difference on the rear seats, as they hadn't seen much abuse (aside from a 6-year old nephew in the back once or twice, never sat in, nothing dumped on them, etc.). Now, the front seats... wow. Didn't get much done on these just yet, but I need to find the time do the rest. I started on the bolster section of the seat bottom - the one that your butt and leg slide on when you're getting in and out of the car, which is usually the first one to deteriorate, crack, and split over time. Glad that I was using the cleaner without diluting it, because MAN was this dirty... I'm sure that getting in and out of the car after the gym a couple times each week didn't help, but this seat was seriously dirty... I worked just that section by spraying a microfiber towel and really had to put quite a bit of cleaner on it to get it to break down all of the oils and dirt in the leather. One had swipe turned my green towel almost black where I was putting pressure on it with my hand... Kept spraying clean areas of the towel, putting some mild pressure on the seat and rubbing the cleaner in and I was pulling out some serious dirt... half of one side of the microfiber towel was super dirty when I got done, and that was just one section of the seat! Probably a 3-4" x 18" piece of leather... Anyway, she was getting ready to head out, so I got that section fairly clean, then put a couple of dabs of conditioner on the other microfiber towel to work that in, as I didn't want to leave it unprotected until I got another chance to work on it. Rubbed the conditioner in, got a little bit of dirt transfer from it, so I still have work to do on it, but what a difference... Just after cleaning one section of a very dirty seat, you can REALLY see the difference in the condition of the leather. The other "high traffic areas" of the seat (seatback side bolster, etc.) are shiny and have a "stickiness" to them from the oils and dirt that they've accumulated over the years. After just using the cleaner, all of that came out and I could run my hand across it without it sticking to it, chattering across it, etc., and the leather felt much smoother. The conditioner just amplifies that difference. The leather felt softer, more supple, even better than I remember it being when she first got the car. Personally, I'm not a big fan of leather seats... I don't like dealing with them when it's cold (even heated seats) and I definitely don't like them when it's hot out. I didn't care for these because they seemed stiff right from the dealer and just didn't seem particularly comfortable. This cleaner and conditioner has made a huge difference... Can't wait to see what the full seats feel like when I finally get a chance to really dig into them! Tips for application: Fold microfiber towel into 1/4s, spray cleaner onto clean side of microfiber towel, not onto the leather directly, and wipe in gently. Flip towel over, buff off. Work in sections, if you can - if the leather is old or has accumulated much dirt, you should start seeing the difference pretty quickly. After you get a couple of sections done (seat and seatback, for instance), take a different microfiber towel, fold into 1/4s or 1/8s, add a couple small drops of leather conditioner, spread evenly over the area you're treating, and then gently rub it into the leather, flip the towel over and buff off any excess. It doesn't take much to get the job done - CG always says that with their products "less is more" - and you really don't need to overdo it on the conditioner. I did this on a warm day, and I think that helped to make the leather a little more pliable and easy to clean and work with. Considering how dirty these seats are, I'll be attempting to use a hog hair brush (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0013HJDOI/) that I bought on Amazon to see if that helps pull any dirt out of the leather. For this, I'll probably try diluting the solution a bit, spraying it directly on the leather in small sections, working with the brush, and then immediately wiping off before it gets a chance to dry back onto the seat. TL;DR - Great product, used cleaner undiluted (dilution suggested by manufacturer's YouTube videos), did a great job without removing any color from the leather, used conditioner sparingly and results were great. I highly recommend it!

Exceeded Expectations โ Saved Our Leather Couch
I tried just about everything to clean a leather couch that came out of a smokerโs house, and nothing worked. I was honestly at my witsโ end and didnโt expect this to do muchโbut I was wrong. This cleaner did an excellent job removing grime and odor without damaging the leather or changing its color. The instructions were easy to follow, and the results were immediate. No lingering smell, no discolorationโjust clean leather. I didn't leave the couch sticky, and there was no greasiness, which was a plus! I think it has made my couch even more durable. The conditioner was the final touch and made the couch look almost brand new again. You definitely get your moneyโs worth with this kit. Highly recommended if youโre dealing with heavily used or neglected leather and want real results.

Excellent product
Keep in mind that this is the very first leather conditioner I have ever used. I recently came across some leather goods that are so well made that I had to buy some cleaner/conditioner for it to keep it performing well. I am very pleased with this product: it makes the leather smell fantastic, leaves no residues, gives the leather a very nice matte finish and is not overly glossy, makes leather very soft to the touch, i really enjoy the thickness and consistency it makes for a very effective product. I definitely recommend this product and as far as I know I dont think you could expect more out of a leather conditioner or cleaner

Effective Two-Step Kit to Clean & Condition Leather Surfaces
I used this two-bottle kit on several leather surfaces (car seats, a leather couch) and was quite pleased overall. The cleaning spray removed visible grime and restored a more even tone. The conditioner left the leather feeling softer and more supple, without an oily residue. Itโs a good value for what you get. What I Liked: โข The cleaner works well to lift dirt โleather looked fresher after the first step. โข The conditioner leaves a nice finishโcomfortable to the touch and less stiff than untreated leather. Considerations / Things to Know: โข Some users found the conditioner left a bit too much sheen or was โslipperyโ on some seats, especially newer or sealed leather. โข The job requires two stepsโclean first, then conditionโso it takes a little more time than one-step products. โข Always test on a small hidden area first, especially if the leather is a delicate color or has old damage. Bottom Line: If you care about maintaining leather surfaces and want a serious kit rather than a quick spray, this is a very good choice. The results were solid for me, especially in terms of clean feel and improved softness. Iโd recommend it โ just allow a little time for proper application.

Best products for leather I have ever used! Leaves behind no stick residue
I will never buy another product for my car. The cleaner goes on easy and isnโt thick. Really removes the dirt without having to scrub super hard. The smell is great. It is a light leather scent and not strong at all. It doesnโt leave any streaks or residue. I always spray on the towel and then wipe. I have sprayed directly on the leather and it still works the same. The leather conditioner is wonderful. I squeeze it on a microfiber towel and apply. It leaves a nice shine without being greasy. I can condition my seats and sit in it ten minutes later and it isnโt greasy. Very easy to apply and easy to spread.

Best leather cleaner and conditioner I have ever used
After applying the cleaner to my leather steering wheel on both my Highlander and Acura TL, I was amazed how dirty they were. The cleaner worked very well! It took a few applications to remove the heavily soiled areas. After applying the leather conditioner both steering wheels look like new. I also used the cleaner to remove soiled areas on the doors with the same results. The interior of both vehicles look like they were professionally detailed. Excellent product that does as advertised!

Great cleaner and conditioner
The cleaner works great and easy to use with the spray. The conditioner has that โleatherโ smell and wipes on easily. I apply with a towel and buff the conditioner in with a towel. Makes the couch slippery but itโs a brand new couch too. Doesnโt feel sticky or slimy.

Worked great restoring a 30 year old leather jacket
My husband has a leather jacket that he got during his time as a high school exchange student in Norway. When I took a good look at it recently while I was deep diving the darkest recesses of our closets, I realized that it was very dried out and even had some minor cracks in the leather. Upon questioning my husband as to when the last time he had cleaned or conditioned his leather jacket, he looked at me funny as if all of that was a foreign concept to him, and he answered, "Never." Since he loved that jacket as a souvenir from a time that he remembers fondly and recounts regularly, I took it upon myself to do my best to salvage the beloved item. It took several hours, multiple sessions, and a bottle and a half leather conditioner. However, at the end of all that effort, the result was a handsome, supple leather jacket about five shades darker than where it started and no cracks anywhere in the leather. I had always looked at my husband a little oddly when he proudly stated that the jacket had cost almost $600 back in the 1990's because I had never known it in a well-cared for state. However after I put all the effort into cleaning and rehydrating the leather, I understood at last what a quality piece the jacket had been. I was concerned that the leather jacket ended up being a very dark brown after all the leather conditioner. I had only ever known the jacket to be a light reddish brown. When I asked my husband about the color change, he nonchalantly remarked that it had started out life as dark brown. I couldn't resist thumping my husband upside his head for being an idiot who hadn't bothered putting the care into keeping up a treasured item. The cleaner and especially the conditioner did an exceptional job bringing an old leather coat back to life. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result.

Top Notch Products
Just got these yesterday, and I really do love them. I cleaned and conditioned my seats today after roughly 13000km's. They're black leather and seemed fairly clean but the microfibre cloths disagreed. First the cleaner: Something you should know right away that the bottle does not say is that the cleaner can (and should) be diluted. They suggest a 5/6 to 1 ratio (water : cleaner) however I chose to go more concentrated and went with a 3:1 ratio. After mixing the solution in a spray bottle, I went to work. I used a round paint brush (purchased at Canadian Tire) and sprayed the solution on the seats and into the brush, then began brushing the product into the leather creating a lather. I also turned on the seat heaters to help open the pores of the leather to get a bit deeper. After a quick brush I let the cleaner sit for a few seconds, and rubbed it off with a microfibre. Judging by the dirt on the cloth, the cleaner did a great job. The seat was clean and back to a lovely black matte finish once everything was wiped down. Now the Conditioner: With these two I purchased some applicator pads, and simply squeezed some conditioner onto the pads and rubbed into the seats. Treat the seats like you would lotion your skin - spread on and rub it in allowing it to be absorbed. After rubbing in the product, leave it and do another seat letting the leather absorb as much as possible. Once it seems like it has absorbed as much as it can, wipe off the excess with a cloth and call it a day. I chose to reapply a couple times to the drivers seat as I want to keep the leather from drying and cracking. I also applied the product to the steering wheel and the shift knob, as they are both subjected to the abuse of daily driving. Just ensure you really wipe off the steering wheel or it may be a bit slippery. You will find the seat a bit slick when done, but not in a greasy way. The conditioner smells just as they described; like leather. If you have any questions check out their Youtube channel and watch them use the products. They are not exaggerating when they talk about the quality. Much better than what I have been using in the past.

Impressive
The cleaner did wonders on what, I thought, had previously cleaned with another product. Amazing product. The conditioner is fantastic. It results in a softer and more pliable finish, leaving behind an authentic and beautiful leather aroma. Great for leather which has been baking in the hot Australian sun for a number of years.
