if the depth is 8-9 inch cause the plunger is 6 1/2 inch long from stopper

Does this work with the Vitamix 750?

it's what I have and its the only one that works

what is the submersible length of this tamper ?

I have a 64 oz jug and this tamper does not reach the bottom like the tamper that came with my blender orginally. Maybe a inch and a half from the blades.
