Used at work for our toilet at work was a replacement

Work fine. I ordered 2 and they were shipped inside of another box. One of the boxes inside was an open box and missing parts. Fortunately I had the missing items on my truck to continue the installation. Also, the instructions were missing out of that box even though I did not need them.
