I love the cover that comes with it, half the reason I don't want to return. It fits a king-size bed, but when sharing perhaps a few more inches to sides would give space across bed, so someone doesn't have to move to the middle. My husband is happy with weight, me not so much - when it falls off the bed you have to engage core and use two hands to pick it up 😳. I don't use the cover on the blanket, I prefer to use it seperate - like a sheet. Definitely like this product, would shop here again.

Instructions with the product were very useful, the product itself is amazing but I only use it during the weekends so I don’t sleep in and miss work haha. My only issue is that the size is a bit awkward, it would only fit 1 person comfortably and it’s difficult to find sheets for it.

It did take me about 2 nights to adjust to the weight and feel but once I was accustomed it made a complete difference in my sleep quality. I have GAD and take meds during the day for it and while my insomnia greatly improved with those it wasn't the same as the 'good ole days'. I've refused to take something for sleep and only use a lavender oil diffuser at night. Some nights were OK, others were 'meh'. I read about weighted blankets and decided to give this a shot. Based upon the body weight suggestions I opted to go 5# up. As mentioned the first two nights I thought maybe I should have ordered a 15# but now I'm happy I went with the 20#. I've found the 'happy spot' for me as I normally have blankets up around my neck but weight on neck does not make for sweet dreams. I turned the blanket upside down as I found the 'bottom' wasn't as heavily weighted on the edges and 'voila!'. Now I am sleeping solid through the night and actually look forward to getting into bed whereas before the thought of 'will I or won't I sleep tonight' kept my anxiety up...and the vicious cycle ensued. I was so impressed with the difference in my sleep I ordered one for my son who has sleep issues of his own and he too has noticed a marked change in the quality of his rest. It doesn't make me too warm at all. I keep the house cool at all times (can't sleep hot regardless of my GAD or not) and my body temperature is perfect all night long. If you have sleep issues for ANY reason I would highly recommend a weighted blanket and this seller's product is very well made (no leaking beads) and ready to pop into the duvet cover of your choice.

I purchased this because I've been having trouble sleeping lately due to a variety of factors, especially work-related stress. I was worried that this would trap heat and cause me to sweat, but it's quite the opposite. The blanket is very cooling and soft while being weighty. The first night my body was still adjusting to it. I woke up a bit sore (purchased the 15lbs one) and was regretting my decision a little bit, but decided to stick it out. Ever since though I've been falling asleep pretty much instantly every night without even thinking about it, and realized the blanket does actually help quite a bit. The material was extremely soft, which I was not expecting. The beads are also evenly distributed so I had no issues with pooling either. It is a bit pricey, but that's to be expected with weighted blankets in general. I ended up purchasing a cover for mine as well so I could wash the cover without worrying about the blanket itself. Would highly recommend for those who have exhausted other options and have trouble sleeping. I would also recommend trying it out for several nights just to get your body use to to the new blanket as well. It might not be for everyone, but it worked for me.

このお値段とは交換条件にならない価値を頂きました！！必ず夜中の2時から4時に一度目が覚めてしまう、その後また眠れるか眠れないか…と言う不眠の時期があり、思い切って購入しました。その後このブランケットが全てを解決してくれました！留意点としては、このブランケットを使うには良いマットレスを使っていないとダメだと思います。極端な例、畳に布団を敷いて…の状態ではただの重たいブランケットになってしまいます。 あとは私は寝相が悪いので、蹴飛ばしてしまって膝から足首にかかったままベッド下に落ちてしまうと重たくて夜中に引っ張り上げる、と言うのはありますが、その後も快適に眠りに戻れます。 慣れてしまうと無しではいられません…！！

A bit smaller than a full queen, and in that respect it's harder to keep in position, but weighs well and is relaxing to use. Sometimes my arm falls asleep though.
