Android 11 128 Gb Ram
Phone worked fine. I installed the sim out of my old phone and called Consumer Cellular to activate. Phone activated OK but the APN needed a manual entry because the one on my old sim did not allow to use data on line. It just would not connect to internet. Called Consumer Cellular. They walked me through entering a new APN . Phone works perfect. I like Android 11 much improved OS. This note 11 P has 128 GB of ram awesome.

Amazing Customer support.
I want to start by saying the Customer support here is AMAZING!!!!!!! I couldn't figure out why I could not get service on my phones and they helped every step of the way. I will be sure to shop with you again in the future. I will recommend you to all my friends and family. Also the phone is great I love all the features and the camera is Awesome. I had to change my rating. All because Amazon support gave me good reason. The manufacturer was great admitted to a defective product but Amazon support will not help. I have had these phones for just shy of 3 months and have had issues with them. Now none of them work and I am unable to get service. Very disappointed in Amazon.

The phone after my Samsung Note 8
The phone is awesome and it was at an unbelievable price! Fast reliable and looks sharp! Came with a case and a screen protector already installed. Android 11 is a full of power and fun stuff to get you through business and personal computing task. This is going to get me excited about using technology, effectively managing your daily but urgent and mandatory tasks. Storage is huge, the responsiveness, screen display, and computing power all in one device is impressive.

A Great Value With Few Problems and Expected Cheap Materials
Had this phone for going on a 4+ months now so I've gotten used to it already. Very few phones can match this phone's price and specs. But that's about where it ends. You can tell it's affordable due to lack of quality control and use of cheap materials. The plastic shell it's in and cheap glass screen will be the first to notice. Then there's the low pixel density but I personally can't notice much. The most disturbing issue is the lack of realibity when it comes to wifi and Bluetooth. Constant disruptions requiring you to completely shut off the wifi or Bluetooth to fix. Sometime I have to do it ever 10-15 mins just to maintain a signal. Here's some pros and cons. Pros: Affordable. No Chinese preinstalled apps. Great battery life(lasts me nearly 2 days on a charge). Decent camera. Great specs. Cons: Soft glass screen(needs a screen protector). Wifi and Bluetooth software issues. Dead zones along screen causing small jumps when sliding Feels like software doesn't seamlessly with hardware(lags and jumps occasionally)

Sturdy, fast, with long life battery but where is the manual?
First off, I use my phones considerably less than most people so I don't have a "phone life". Also, I coddle my electronics. This phone has a sturdy, hefty feel to it. Came in 5 days. I like the large screen. I paid 169.99 which was a good price for a fully featured smart phone and what I could afford. Green color is nice and I appreciated the preinstalled screen protector and the included clear silicon case. I have not yet used the fingerprint nor face detection features. Not sure if I will. I am using Tello Mobile and its sim was recognized immediately. It shows T-mobile on screen. I found the sim and additional memory slot to be flimsy and clumsy to use. I feared I would break something. Making the cards set in place was not easy - they kept on falling out before I closed the slot door. A manual with clear pictures would have helped tell which end was up and which sim slot of the 2 slots to use. Turns out both sim slots are for GSM and it didn't matter which slot I inserted the sim card. Not sure why there are 2 and what circumstances I would need 2 sim slots. I NEED a manual to access and set up all the features of this phone! Where is it? I spend a lot of time digging deep getting to know/set up/ and turn off features due to privacy issues. Yes, much is intuitive for a smart phone user but I want a full manual. Being a Samsung Galaxy user I am used to certain easily accessed on screen features namely the 'back' and 'open apps' buttons/screens. I cannot tell on the Ulefone what apps I have open at a glance. I find myself scrolling right, left, up and down without clear understanding if I'm doing it right. I do not use Google search but I can't seem to remove the Google search bar from the home screen. First use of camera without accessing settings provided sharp vibrant photos in auto mode. Greens were way too bright. I will access the different modes according to lighting conditions in the future. I will need more time to get to know this phone but I would recommend it to others.

Really good phone
This is the second Ulefone I have owned. I previously owned the Note 9p so I was excited to get the new 11p. In my opinion, the phone stacks up pretty well against phone 2 even 3 times its cost. The phone is a good example of the rule of 80/20. It isn't the very best thing out there but it is good enough. No, it doesn't have a 108 MP camera, but honestly, I cannot tell the difference between pictures I take and my friend who has the latest iPhone. It has more than enough memory for what I need, it is plenty fast, and the screen is large, clear and bright. You can spend 1200 for the latest iPhone, but honestly at that point you aren't getting a huge performance boost, just bragging rights.

Hardware problems
Don't waste your money. Two days after the return period expired my speaker failed. I tried rebooting my phone, and for a couple days rebooting got it to work for a little while and then it didn't. So I contacted troubleshooting, but none of the troubleshooting worked. So then I contacted Ulefone. They told me that my two options were to ship my phone to their facility, which would leave me completely without a working phone, or to have them ship me a new speaker and try to replace it myself. I opted for the second choice, but they told me they'd send the speaker out ASAP twelve days ago and I still don't have anything. I ended up going to Best Buy and buying a new phone because I need something I can actually hear when it rings. Also, during the troubleshooting process they had me do a factory reset on the phone. It didn't fix anything, but now half of my reinstalled apps don't work properly and the phone keeps randomly turning off Vibrate mode so I literally have no idea when I get calls or notifications. That's ultimately what drove me to buy a new phone. So at this point, I have a $160 paperweight that I can't return because a known hardware issue with the model didn't manifest until two days outside of the return period. Save your money. Buy something else. EDIT/UPDATE: It has now been over a month & a half since my original conversation with the seller and over a month since I posted this review. I still have not received the replacement speaker, nor as the seller even addressed the possibility of a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS. You'll just end up with a very expensive piece of useless junk.

Great phone, great price
This phone is an incredible bargain for the price, rivaling phones costing a great deal more. It instantly set up with my T-Mobile sim card. The face recognition and finger print readers are fast and accurate and it came with Android 11 right out of the . This replaced my Moto G6 and I'm not disappointed at all. Recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced phone with many higher end features
