Hades Limited Edition (Nintendo Switch)

I don’t know who needs to k ow this but this game is probably the best game I’ve ever played. Story, gameplay, narrative, 10/10.

This game is super fun and the characters are memorable and fun to interact with. The runs feel meaningful and you can feel yourself getting better while also having a fresh feel every run. It's a great way to kill some time and have some fun. I would recommend this game for sure.

Good game. For the amount of time I spent playing it and enjoying it vs the price, it was very well worth it. There are fun little side achievements and surprisingly the writers wrote a ton into the story so as you replay each time you die (you always die) the story and characters have different things to say.

It's fun...but if you're new to the Switch (like I am) you'll die a LOT until you get used to the joycons. And dying a lot is part of the game. Good graphics and a fun (for Hades) storyline make for an enjoyable time.

This game is amazing, I finally decided to try it out and it did not disappoint at all. Great addition to the collection and it includes a character booklet which is rare for a game these days with a code for the original Hades soundtrack.

Bought this game on pc last year and loved it almost instantly. I'm a big fan of greek mythology and being able to recognize that characters instantly without knowing their name was a lot of fun. I bought this on switch only for the collectors items, mainly the artbook. When I received my package I was upset thinking they forgot the book only to find out the artbook was merely a small paper pamphlet inside of the game box and not a big hard cover like I assumed it would be. I guess it's my fault for not looking into the details, but I am still a bit disappointed that it couldn't of been a bigger book. The soundtrack is good, but I could of steamed it on spotify. The game itself really isn't any use to me since I already own it on pc and I was planning on giving the game to a friend anyways. Basically I spent this money and got almost nothing in return. The only reason I'm still giving this product 4 stars and not less is because it's literally a hell of a game. Great gameplay, art, music, story and characters. I might be disappointed in the collectors items, but at the end of the day I'm happy in giving a little extra money to support an awesome game.

I usually play single player story driven video games for 1-2 hours at a time and then put it down because there's just too much to do and I want to do all of it, but this is one of those games that I could not put down I kept getting sucked in another round until an entire weekend would go by. I played GoT, FFVII remake, and animal crossing, but this is my game of the year for 2020 and it's not even close. Loved it, can't recommend it enough.

Hades is an essential game for any fan of action games. Everything from the art style to the narrative and core gameplay mechanics is realised to perfection. As a fan of Supergiant's first game Bastion, this really shows you how far they've come in mastering their craft. One of my favourite aspects is that it is challenging but not at all discouraging. Every time you play the game, you feel like you've progressed even if just by a bit, and the memorable and often humourous interactions between the characters encourage you to keep playing. There's a reason everyone says the game is so good, because it is. This physical release is really nice because not only do you get the completely updated game all on the cartridge, but you get a little art booklet with illustrations of each character and a link to download the exquisite soundtrack in the form of MP3s or FLACs. It also gives you the option to add it to your Bandcamp account if you use that. In terms of how the game is on Switch, it looks gorgeous and plays fantastically at a constant 60fps with little to no latency, but I was disappointed by the audio quality, which seems to be slightly compressed. When comparing it to the soundtrack files and the PC version of the game, there is a noticeable downgrade, particularly concerning the dialogue and soundtrack. When you're in the action (Which is most of the time), it wasn't bothersome enough to detract from the experience, and if you're playing in handheld/tabletop mode or on the Switch Lite, this won't be an issue given the limited quality of the built-in speakers anyway. It isn't unbearable and it isn't necessarily a deal-breaker, but I think it's worth mentioning. Overall, Hades is definitely worth buying no matter which platform you choose and aside from the lower quality audio, the Switch version is a delight to play, with the bonuses of portability and a decent physical offering making it worth the asking price.

PAL UK, justo la edición que quería! los puntos de oro canjeados sin problema, igual que el OST. Es un juego originalmente en inglés, a veces con tintes cómicos. Las actuaciones de voz para cada una de las deidades están muy bien logradas. Un puntazo el cross-save para Steam y Epic Games para llevar tu progreso donde quieras. Muy adictivo y con una dirección artística, recursos narrativos, soundtrack, ilustración y colores tremendos. Son muchas horas de morir y volver a intentar; quedando sólo las mejoras permanentes que adquieras con lo reunido de tus intentos de escape. Lo encuentro mucho más llamativo que Dead Cells porque con Hades SÍ me provoca volver a intentarlo luego de cada derrota. Plus: puedes acariciar a Cerberus. Llegó rápido, con precinto de Nintendo y en perfecto estado. El estuche además del cartucho incluye: 1 librito de personajes, 1 código soundtrack descargable.
