Must Have for Iced Drinks
I absolutely love this and it's a necessity for anybody who likes iced drinks. The upgrade to the stainless steel outer is highly recommended. I previously purchased 3 of the plastic ones (one for my daughter, one for my office and one for home) and both of mine cracked. The company replaced the first one without any hassle but when the second one cracked I didn't want to replace it with another plastic one and ordered the stainless steel. Because I put sugar in my coffee I brew into a cup, add the sugar and then pour into this container. Let it sit or I swirl it around for a minute, then pour over ice. The ice doesn't melt and water down the coffee. This thing is just absolutely brilliant! It does 10 oz really well and 12 ounces is about maximum and might slosh out a little bit as you swirl.

Broken, but would still recommend
Love it. Bought it about 2 and a half years ago and it cooled down my coffee alot on hot summer days. With extreme hot and extreme cold being in plastic, it's bound to crack and today is sadly that day. Gotta say tho, I'm surprised it lasted this long so its pretty durable in that sense

Almost a great product…(edited)
A dude I work with told me about these and I wanted to give it a shot, but he did warn me the plastic ones don’t last long, so I bought the stainless steel one and it is not great. It works ok enough, but the overall quality of material is not designed to handle the temperatures, either to reduce material cost or this just wasn’t thought of. After about only 8 uses or so, the bottom started to bulge out and it wobbles around no when I set it on a flat surface, not the end of the world, just annoying. The second big thing is, well it took this happening 3 times and me fiddling with it to figure it out, but the ice is freezing and pushing the lid threading up and away from the most exterior container and when I pour the coffee out the ice pushing up the lid created a gap, so a bunch of the water that melted pours into my cup with my coffee, completing defeating the purpose of this product… so yeah I’m pretty disappointed since in total I’ve use it maybe 15 times and it’s already heavily worn down. The first 5-6 or so uses were perfect, I had no issue at all. So this leads me to believe it is cheap materials. Was worth a shot, but I can’t honestly recommend this product. Edit: So I still kept trying to use this thing and the bottom kept blushing out further and further, so I gave in and gave it a couple hits with a hammer, and gave it a little bit more of an indent, and for whatever reason that was the fix for me. Took a little effort to “fix the product” but it is a good product now.

It works good but read kinda cons
1) if you can’t wait about five minutes for an ice cold cup of coffee WITHOUT ADDING ICE don’t get this. 2) only holds 12 1/2 ounces. But 4$ 3) it has more parts then I thought it was going to but they’re not really a big pain. But it has you know a few parts four of them that you’ve got to maintain and make sure you don’t lose but they really don’t need to be put into a dishwasher you just wash them off and you put them back together again and you keep putting it into the freezer after you use it you dump it out you wash it out fill it up again put it in the freezer. But it has more parts and I was expecting a lot more. I was expecting it to have just one container and that’s it but it’s nothing like that depending on how hot the coffee is you put into it you can get 2 usages but again you’re going to wait between five and 10 minutes for the second one as well. So if you’re in a hurry and you want 24 ounces of coffee this is not what you get. This was not exactly what I was expecting when I got this. I understand the concept of it is you know pretty basic but I didn’t think it was gonna be like this I thought that it was gonna be a very large container and it’s not I also thought I was gonna be able to drink out of it and you can’t because it’s huge. It’s not meant to be drunk you have to pour into something else. But overall of course it works. The concept is simple there’s a ton of ice with a metal container and a coffee goes into it and as the ice melts the coffee gets colder. I’m not disappointed at all. Because I can wait that amount of time to get an iced coffee It works. I watched a video about it and you know it’s about 60 seconds or so they said to leave it in. To be completely honest here that’s not how it works. When I get iced coffee I don’t want any ice inside of it OK I want the coffee to be cold like it was in the refrigerator I don’t want the ice. ice waters down no matter what you get. You have to leave this there for about five minutes if you take it directly from your coffee pot and poured it. It only holds 12 1/2 ounces. But if you leave it there for five minutes or so it comes out ice cold. And depending on how hot it is you can get more than one usage out of it you may have to wait five or 10 minutes out. But if you want a cup of coffee that’s going to be cold without ice you’re not gonna get it in 60 seconds no matter what are you shaking around you know slowly in your head and swirly they said to do or to leave it standing straight you’re not gonna get it cold like that you’re still gonna have to put it over ice. So wait five minutes if you can

If you prefer a Small to a Grande or Venti...
This product sounded amazing but in fact it does not chill 12 oz, it can barely deliver 8 oz bc of thermal shrinking when it freezes & the container contracts. If you are an iced coffee lover who drinks cups of 6-8 oz you should be happy, but keep in mind that the chiller cannot repeat immediately afterward for a 2nd round! You have to go through the whole process again! If you have an hour or more to waste, great! I don't... I just make coffee thr night before & pour into bottles to refrigerate overnight. In the morning I put one of the bottles in the freezer first thing & set my timer for 25 min. If I want it faster I wrap a damp paper towel around the bottle closely so that it "sticks" and set in the freezer for 15 min. Dry that paper towel & reuse it! It involves a lot less cleaning & mess, and I get 12-14 oz from one bottle. I use the timer so that I don't get distracted bc I forgot once & the bottle burst inside the freezer & made a mess, not to mention handling the broken glass pieces & cutting my hands in a few places! It would have been an awesome product had it chilled 14-16 oz, but then the size would be an issue for people whose freezers are packed tight with hardly any space to fit anythung inside.

Doesn't Hold Up Well to Daily Use
I had my first one for years and only used it a handful of times, but then about a year ago I started making iced protein coffee every morning and eventually bought a second one after 9 months of daily use so I could have one in the freezer at all times. My first one (bought probably around 2020/2021) eventually got a bulge on the bottom that leaked slightly - but that may be my fault by over-filling the bottom part and it expanding when it froze. The "newer" one I got - March 2026 - already has a thin crack all the way down one side that leaks a lot. I still use it, but it makes a "puddle" of ice in my freezer every time. I'm not sure if it's a lower quality than the first or just a defective one-off I really love my iced coffee and this works pretty quickly, but I wish the plastic held up better

Absolutely love it!
I love love love this chiller! It’s easy to prepare and use, easy to clean, and works to cool hot drinks FAST. I make an iced latte every morning and prefer using cold espresso. Instead of putting my hot espresso in the freezer and waiting 30+ minutes I can just pour it in the chiller, swirl for a minute or so, and it’s super cold. Usually I pour it into the chiller and leave it while I get my breakfast together, that way the espresso is cold when I’m ready for it and I don’t have to spend any time swirling. This has made the morning routine so much easier, especially those rushed mornings when I don’t have time to wait for it to cool. It’s also very low maintenance. I rinse it out after each use and redo the ice part inside every couple weeks, that’s it. So glad I bought it! Update: bought mine in March, it finally cracked in December (RIP). For the price I got more than my money’s worth. I think I paid around $15 and used it every single day to make delicious NON-watered down ice cold espresso shots. So while it’s always disappointing when a product reaches the end of its life I’d say this one was well worth every penny. My new one is already in my freezer, I’ll never go without one again!

Great Chiller
It's used every morning for iced coffee. Works just as described and cools the coffee down quickly before it's poured into the actual ice. So there is no watering down from the ice

Not as bad as you think
I bought this BEFORE seeing it had a 2 star review and reading stories of it cracking after just one use. So in the week or so it took to arrive to me I had developed a plan. I didn’t fill the ice compartments all the way and have kept it upright in my freezer. After a week of everyday use, sometimes twice a day- it hasn’t failed me and I am a big fan.

Cracked lid in a week!
The lid cracked within a week of daily use. I would brew the coffee in a cup and not directly on to the lid. Inspite of that, the lid cracked. They should think of making the lid stainless steel as well! Or offer replacement lids.
