An excellent alternative to soy sauce, lighter in taste and much less salty. Furthermore superb quality and made by a very respected award winning company.

Nice flavour
Really nice flavour but isn't as strong as the Soba branded prepackaged noodles. To minic that flavour just add for Soya sauce.
