Love this seam ripper with thread remover. Works perfectly for sewing and double the purpose. Highly recommend.

"Eraser" is great at getting little piece of thread out of your fabric after ripping out.

I broke my seam ripper of 20 years by dropping it which cracked the handle, so I decided to get a new one. I have arthritis in my fingers, so I wanted something that was easy to grab, and this one fits the bill perfectly. And the seam ripper is super sharp, which made the dreaded task of tearing out stitches a breeze. I also like the color (I got the teal one) which it easier to see compared to my small blue one. I haven't tried the thread remover top, but I think that will work well if I need to take out a lot of stitches. My favorite thing about it is how easily it fits in my hands and how sharp it is.

The rubber on both the bottom end of the seam ripper itself, and on the cap works to “erase” thread, so you can share when in a quilting class. Works great. I also love the size and feel in my hand - very easy to work with. It misses five stars only because the cap cannot be placed on the seam ripper when it’s open.

The size of this seam ripper is much easier to use than the usual smaller ones. The rubber tips are great for getting small threads off of the fabric. Well worth the investment.

I ordered the pink one first and really liked it so I ordered the teal one for my DIL. She loves it as well, comfortable and easy to hold, great for removing the little bits of thread.

It is okay, but it takes a few times to get the threads up.

This is a wonderful addition to my sewing arsenal - a seam ripper and thread grabber all-in-one! I have quite a few seam rippers, but what's nice about this one is that the point is a lot smaller than my others, enabling me to insert it into seams a lot easier. The thread grabber is such a handy thing to have after taking a seam apart, especially for the quilting seams that I do, very small stitches (in paper-piecing). I also use it for grabbing the tiny pieces of paper left behind after removing the paper foundations from my quilts.
