It looks great!
I'm a long time DMC fan. I cosplayed Dante for Halloween a long time ago and I of course needed his iconic sword. I bought one on Ebay but it was metal and really heavy and I couldn't really take it places. I ended up keeping it though because it looked cool hanging in my office and I only paid $45. (the metal ones are like $150 now) After having it for so long I decided it was time to get rid of it but I wanted a replacement that wasn't so heavy and still looked good. This sword is exactly what I was looking for. In truth it was what I wanted all along, but back then nothing like this existed. So once I got this, I was really impressed with the quality. It gave me the confidence to finally say goodbye to my old friend.

Did the job
Halloween prop. Looked good Kid was happy with the quality and now he gets to beat his older brother with it, win win.

Broken on arrival
The sword itself is great. It's heavier than expected but other wise great. But whoever packed my red queen wasn't really looking for a proper box. It was completely crammed in from corner to corner. It was hard to even dislodge it from the box. My mom spotted the tip of the blade in the bottom of the box. With some cosplay crafting know-how I was able to fix it with pins and super glue. I was disappointed that it was packed like that. It doesn't fit, it shouldn't ship.

Different Red Than The Photo
The red is an awful candy apple red! It looks ridiculous and cartoonish, not the muted maroon-ish in the picture. Otherwise , decent quality as a prop. Too fragile to he a toy though.

Not foam, but high quality plastic
Reading some of the previous comments, I was getting worried that it wasn’t actually foam….because the pictures look like it could be actually authentic. Although it’s not foam, it’s more of a hard plastic, it’s still an amazing piece! Not suitable for actual LARP, but high quality prop.

Amazon needs to tell their guys to handle a package with care.
It looks good but it came with one of the claw broken off. Likely done in shipping and transit. When the package says handle with care.

Exceeds Expectations
I was surprised when I first saw the sword as I initially thought it would not be the correct size proportionately or to the Devil May Cry canon, but in fact it was both of those things and more. It feels very good -- weighted just the right way and doesn't feel like it'll fall apart whatsoever. Just by holding it, it definitely has the capacity to withstand some hits although I wouldn't go too far. Unfortunately it arrived in my packaging with a tear, but a manageable one that I decided to simply super glue (it would've been 5 stars otherwise).
