Can these stop getting marks on your nose?

Yes! I have a very sensitive nose, and these help enormously!

Would the clear work on a black frame

In use they are almost invisible because clear reflects the skin tone not the frame.

Can these be used on glasses if one of the nose pads has broken off?

No I wouldn’t think so. They are simply stick on pads that have to have something to adhere to. My glasses do not have an adjustable nose pad but instead are one piece of plastic.

Will these help with comfort?

I use them to help keep my glasses from slipping down my nose. I can't feel them at all, they are comfortable. I'm not sure if they would help stop your glasses hurt though, sorry.
