My kids needed a jump rope for gymnastics training this summer and I had a very hard time finding adjustable jump ropes at the store, let alone ones that are portable and light weight. This is perfect for both. It has two different ropes that are very easy to swap out. Adjusting the size was very easy and only required a little screw piece to loosen and tighten. It even comes with extra screws just in case it gets lost. I have not had a problem with them loosening or anything, but I’m glad to know it has extras there as a back up. I trimmed off the excess for them and it works just right. The thin rope makes it go quicker for them to jump rope as well. I love that it comes with the carrying case too. It makes it so much easier to keep the jump rope in one place, compact, and keep it clean. It’s light enough to fit in their gym bag or any adult gym bag as well, especially with the added carrying case. I got this rope mainly for exercise and i love it. I wish I would have waited to buy this one first instead of the store bought one. The jump rope extends to 10ft long. There are two one black and one blue with addition accessories to replace any pieces you may need in the future. I love it because my goal is to get in better shape and I used to work with a trainer and they mentioned using one of these types of ropes are one of the best ways to get in good shape. You can use this rope for any type of training or eve just for fun its ment for all ages. Thwar ropes come in a portable nice bag that is easy to use and pack.
