will it work with a Bass guitar?

I don't think it will work with any instrument that doesn't play chords (it prefers strummed chords but will process de facto chords created by finger-picking patterns for instance). It needs to know both the key you are playing in and whether it's major or minor (at least in those settings including a 3rd above or a 4th below). I am a finger-picker primarily and have had to chunk up certain guitar phrases to ensure I am feeding the unit sufficient information, so I have doubts about bass.

Does this have pitch correction (auto-tune) feature on the main vocal?

will this work with different tuning such as drop D or half step down?

In my experience yes. The only thing to watch are (say) double drop tunings or other forms where the chord is modal and communicates neither a minor not major tone.

will it work with backing tracks like my voicetone G-XT

I use it with backing tracks. Bose mixer and system. Mic (from helicon) into ch 1. Guitar “” into ch2. iPod into ch 3. Tracks on iPod. Not sure if this is what you meant.
