I'm not sure if it's the packing or UPS but it came dented and 3 of the 4 ball corners dented. It wont effect the use it just pissed me off that it's brand new and damaged. Caster are excellent. worth every penny compared to competition.

I am disappointed. 1. Product arrived damaged: One corner cap has a significant (1" x 1/2") dent in it, and one of the metal edges has a 1-inch long gouge in it. (based on the condition of the shipping packaging, it does not appear to have been damaged in transit.) 2. When attaching the castors, the blind nut (a tee-nut?) fell into the void between the interior and exterior bottom. Without disassembling the entire box it is impossible to retrieve; consequently one castor now only can have 3 bolts holding it on. 3. Two of the four bolts fastening the rack rails are blind, so you cannot get a screwdriver on one end to keep it from spinning. poor design. I am not returning it because even with these frustrations it will be adequate for my needs. However, I will hesitate to order any other products from this company... I expect that when I buy a new product, it arrives in NEW condition !
