Comfortable and efficient
It’s not the sexiest thing on the planet, but it sure helps stave off sleep apnea! I am so happy to be able to breathe through the night again! (And honestly, it doesn’t look too terrible… I won’t go out to dinner wearing it, but I wouldn’t mind being seen using it while on a walk in the neighborhood.)

Seemed to work, but then I'd wake up with sores in my nose (Do Not Recommend)
I thought this was going to be a great product. I tried it out the first night and it seemed to work right away. Opened up my nose airway and was great as I was falling asleep, but then after a few days, I'd wake up with a sore nose, and upon examining further, I find that there are sores on the inside of my nose on the two insides. I'd almost have to let it heal before I could use it again. I think I'm done trying to use this and finally decided this is not a good product. Looking elsewhere. But final result, I would not recommend.

it's ok
Not the best nasal dilator out there, but it's not bad. Way better than using strips that stick to the outside of your nose.

Does not work, defective product
Item does not work as advertised. Does not dilate nostrils at all, it is a waste of money and time. I don’t know if it’s defective or just a terrible design, I have used other dilators and this is not at all comparable, it is dangerous. Worst of all it is not retournable, which was NOT made clear when ordering, so I am stuck with a defective and dangerous product.

I’ve been using the Airmax nasal dilator for a little while now and it’s made a noticeable difference to my breathing, especially at night. The design is simple but very effective — it gently opens the nasal passages, which makes it much easier to breathe through the nose. I noticed almost immediately that I was waking up feeling more refreshed because I wasn’t struggling with blocked airflow during sleep. It’s also very comfortable to wear. Once it’s in place you barely notice it, and unlike nasal strips it doesn’t irritate the skin or lose its effectiveness overnight. The material feels durable and easy to clean, so it seems like something that will last a long time. Overall, the Airmax nasal dilator is a great little product for anyone who struggles with nasal congestion, snoring, or restricted breathing during sleep or exercise. It’s a simple solution that genuinely works, and I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.

As you can see from the reviews, it's a coin flip if it would work for you or not. Surprisingly, for me it works, even better than nasal strips.
