How thick and wide a piece of meat will go through?

A thick piece of steak will not go through. It tears the meat up. Am sending mine back if I can.

How do you clean this thing?

I just put the rollers under warm water at I have a soft dish brush that I rub the rollers with and I find that cleans the rollers really well. I then just set it to dry

Is this dishwasher safe ???

I have never put mine in the dishwasher as I found it was real easy to wash be hand. I use a vegetable brush and just wash the rollers and the end then rinse it off all done

Hi, how long is the opening on the top? How long of a piece meat can you fit into opening?

About 5" wide and as long as you like.
