Not familiar with the el-1, but the beamers with most flashes. Adjustable.

Yes it will fit the Olympus extended flash unit it works well on my Olympus flash

Hi Unfortunately there are no Godox flashes on the official list of models. However, on our website (Amazon will not let us send you a link) there is a sizing guide where you can find the closest fit based on the measurements of your flash head.

Sorry but I don't know. I think your only option is to ask the supplier, or just send it back.
