Makes smash burgers taste great
If you like smash burgers on the griddle, apply this seasoning right after you smash the burger then flip it to the other side to finish cooking. No need to coat both side. Sure is tasty.

I would buy local.
I love the seasoning, but it came busted open in a plastic envelope. The seal was open, so I trashed it. I will buy local next time.

What a great company!
I ordered the Bold Burger Rub because I needed it for a recipe and discovered a generous company! Not only did they send me the rub I ordered but some Smoked Hickory Honey & Sea Salt. What a delightful surprise. Looking forward to trying these and other products too.
