Must have.
Great for collecting colostrum. Storage container and labels , my husband was able to use to feed our little one right after birth. Very easy to clean and use.

Haakaa ftw!! Excellent for pumping for relief and feeding from.
I cannot imagine why anyone would have negative reviews for this product. Although I was determined to breastfeed regardless, the existence of products like this has greatly contributed to my somewhat new experience.I just had a baby 2 days ago. I breastfed 2 of his sisters before him and the experiences were pretty different. The first girl I had cracked nipples that resolved after about a day. The other baby I had zero issues whatsoever. With THIS baby I have nipples so badly torn that the pain radiates from armpit to armpit EVERY time he suckles. It’s excruciatingly painful, and I don’t wish to endure it I’m sorry. I decided to pump and feed him until my nipples heal.I’m guessing the issue is the latch, but I still have to see the ibclc to confirm whether it’s that or tongue/lip ties.In the meantime I needed a RIGHT NOW solution that both exclusively feeds my baby my milk, and will not confuse him so he will want to latch back on to me once my nipples heal and we resolve the issue we’re having.I got these from my registry. I had no idea initially that they were soft, SUPER bonus. So I’ve been pumping into a bottle and just sucking the milk into the syringes. You just pinch the syringe and the milk comes in. Feeding the baby from them has been really easy too. He accepts drops at a time, and will initially put up a fuss because it isn’t a breast he can suckle at I guess, but ultimately he gets the milk and is satisfied. The drawback to my purpose for using these is that you will need to fill up up to 20 syringes for one full feeding. I’m personally ok with that, but someone else may not be. This route is more time consuming than say just pumping and feeding from a bottle, but I’m only doing it for maybe 2 days. My nipples have healed a bit within the past few hours already!

Very nice colostrum collection kit
Has all the essentials and nice that it comes prepackaged and sterile. Can use right away. A must have for right before baby and during hospital stay/days after birth.

Very easy to use!
I really like these colostrum collectors compared to the syringe method. Simply open the top and hand express into the vial, label with the provided sticker and freeze. They are in individual sterile packages, and come with a container to keep the collectors all together in the freezer. 4 mL size worked wonderfully for a single session of expressing. I did find permanent marker was needed for the stickers - pen easily rubbed off. Easy to thaw and then use the dropper top to feed baby from the same device. Great item to be able to supplement colostrum if needed after baby arrives!

Love
These little syringes are incredible. I had high colostrum output while I was pregnant, and these allowed me to collect it and save it for when my little was born. They are great in the freezer and easy to use. Would definitely recommend.

Keep these handy before you give birth
Just started using these and collecting colostrum. It has a hard cover case so I will just throw the whole thing into my bag to keep with me wherever I am and that I’m able to put the milk in the fridge I’ll eventually into the freezer so I’ll have a nice big stock before my twins get here… I’m gonna need all of it so I’m glad to have these little collectors

Love these!
I absolutely loved these for collecting colostrum before and after having my baby! I’m an over supplier by natural (forever grateful) of colostrum and milk. These work great for collecting colostrum, I would fill them, freeze them, push the colostrum-cicle out and store in breast milk bags in the freezer. Worked like a charm for me! Highly recommend!

Will use to collect colustrum in late 3rd trimester
So I haven't used these yet. They just arrived and I am impressed with the packaging. Each collector (4mL) is individually wrapped and pre-sterilised. They come in a hard plastic box for easy storage. They also come with a reusable cotton wipe and stick on labels that allow you to label with babys name, DoB, mothers name, amount of milk (in mL) and dates/times for expression and defrosting. Seems very useful and comprehensive if you plan to collect colustrum and take it with you to the hospital or something. The collectors feel like soft silicone, so they are different than hard plastic syringes. I will update about how well they collect and dispense once I use them in 3 months. I just wish they would be cheaper because I paid about $50 for 12 collectors. And other sellers were charging $60-70 for the same. Seems a bit overpriced but we will see how useful they are. Hopefully they are worth it because bulk syringes are way cheaper.
