HIGH5 Zero Electrolyte Tablets for Hydration, Strawberry & Kiwi, 20 Tablets

I love these electrolytes, I usually have the tropical flavour, which tastes a bit like lilt but I thought I would have a change and see what these are like. They are really tasty and a great strawberry taste, I can’t really make out the kiwi tbh but taste really good either way. I take one a day in the really hot weather and find it stops me feeling lightheaded when I’m really hot. Also really helps me with my restless legs, if I have take one of these during the day I tend not to suffer at night. The packaging is great as they stay fresh. The dissolve quickly as well. The only thing I’m don’t really like with the High5 Zeros is when once they are dissolved they leave a sort of film on the top of the drink. But I just spoon it off. I would definitely recommend these, they are also cheaper than a lot of brands.

Good flavour and easy to use. The strawberry and kiwi taste is refreshing without being too strong or artificial, and the tablets dissolve quickly in water. They’re really convenient to carry around, especially for travel or workouts, and just drop straight into a bottle when needed. I’ve found them useful for staying hydrated during the day and after exercise. A bit on the pricey side, but they do the job well and are simple to use.

I started with the tropical flavour of these and bought the rest of the flavours . Add them to a drink , the flavour is subtle and not overpowering . I like the strawberry and kiwi as well as the citrus , I have passed them to several friends who have also bought them ! There are no side effects . I don’t drink enough during the day so making a big drink up in the morning has helped and I drink it all . They are in tablet form and fizz as you drop them into the drink . Don’t leave any residue on the bottom of your cup . I am drinking more and feeling more hydrated ! Will buy again

Not a strong taste but it is refreshing.

I've been using these daily during the recent hot weather and have been really pleased with them. They dissolve quickly in water and have a pleasant flavour without being overly sweet. I bought them to help stay hydrated, especially as I've just started a new medication and been sweating more and wanted an electrolyte drink without added sugar. They're convenient to keep at home or take out with me, and one tube lasts a good amount of time. I haven't experienced any stomach upset, and they make drinking enough water much easier. If you're looking for a low-calorie electrolyte drink for hot weather, exercise or simply to encourage better hydration, I'd definitely recommend giving these a try.

Picked up HIGH5 ZERO Electrolyte Tablets (with Vitamin C) and they’ve been brilliant to keep on hand. They taste great — light, refreshing, not overly salty or artificial — and dissolve quickly without leaving bits floating around. Much nicer than some electrolyte drinks that taste like diluted sea water. They’re also incredibly easy to carry. Just keep a tube in your bag, grab a bottle of water when you’re out and about, drop one in, and you’re sorted. No need to plan ahead or carry bulky drinks around. I’ve found them especially helpful when feeling ill, run down, or when a migraine/headache is brewing. Staying properly hydrated makes a noticeable difference, and these make it simple. No sugar overload either, which is a big plus. Five stars. Convenient, great tasting, and genuinely useful when you need them.

One of the most palatable electrolyte drinks I’ve had. Maybe a little sweet for some people but personally I like it. Definitely don’t feel as thirsty afterwards.
