Sweet and fun!
Made these w my two young grandsons! They are in 7th Heaven! The icing a bit sweet for my taste, but the kids are wildly enthusiastic! A fun project for them and a tasty reward. On my granny grocery list forever now! HINT: make the cookies small. Stuffed w icing, they suddenly become a meal! ;)

Purchase this for my granddaughter in college. She likes to bake but needs to take the easy way out. She liked the flavor of these and they were easy to make.

I should have taken a picture
Wow did I receive the same product as everyone else? These were DISGUSTING. I knew from the very moment I added the butter that these belonged in the trash. The texture was so gritty! I went ahead and made the cookies because I bought two boxes. No one would eat them! I love sweet things. Survived college via cake and Pepsi. These were too sweet. The gritty cookie, and weird sandy cookie paste...just no. Why would you make these for your kids or family. I threw the second box away without opening it.

Awful filling
Okay the filling is disgusting so I threw it out and dipped half the cookies in frosting and then put sprinkles on top! They were super cute! The cookies tasted great!

Fun, yummy, but small cookies
I've ordered these a few times and waited to do make sure I was doing cookies correctly. The cookies are fairly small (2 -2½ inch max) every time regardless of trying different methods. At 2" it made 10 cookies, 5 sandwich cookies. I tried frosting at different Temps, cookies at different Temps to be frosted. I think it's best when cookies are cool and frosting in fridge for 15min Once you have down frosting, don't press down too much or frosting squished out Refrigerate 15 minutes then so sprinkles It's fun to do with the grandkids.
