I purchased this little mixer a few months ago and I love it. I've purchased similar items in the past that were not as well made. I was accustomed to buying them and replacing them when they broke. When I received this one in the mail I instantly knew this was a better quality. The wisk spins incredibly fast and mixes my powder supplements perfectly. The body is made of sturdy metal and the click on and off switch is very durable. It even comes with some hardware you can use to mount it to the wall and a little carrying case. Now about the warranty. I was super impressed. I did end up breaking it. It slipped out of my hand and hit the counter and it didn't work right after that. The on off switch wouldn't stay on or sometimes wouldn't turn off. Please note that I use this mixer at least twice a day for about 6 months before it broke. I knew I wanted to buy the same one because I had been so happy with it but I noticed the Lifetime Warranty advertised. I decided to contact the seller and see if I could get a replacement. The seller responded within a day and told me they'd send me a new one no problem. Didn't even have to pay for shipping. My new mixer just arrived in the mail and it's been less than a week and I just wanted to express how happy I am with them and I know anyone who purchases this item will be more than satisfied with the item and the sellers willingness to give such a great warranty.

This hand-held mixer is well made easy to use, powerful, and convenient. It's an excellent value. I use the mixer to stir my matcha tea and spices. Previously, I used a spoon and spent a couple of minutes trying to fully dissolve the tea and spices — all with little success. When I got to the bottom of the cup, there was a substantial residue at the bottom: my stirring did a poor job. So I put the Nestpark Portable Drink Mixer to work. This little unit does some serious stirring — it created a whirlpool in my cup. After a couple of moments, I stopped the mixer, pulled it out, ran the stainless steel shaft under the hot water tap, and then put the stirring head under the stream and turned the mixer on. It was clean after running it for about two seconds. I moved it out of the stream and let it run for a moment or two, and it was dry. When I finished my cup of matcha tea, the bottom was clean. Very nice.

I was very impressed with the ease of use, super easy clean up, and functionality of this product! I was looking for something to blend the fats in my keto coffee without taking forever to clean up afterwards, with my busy day the last thing I want is to have to spend several minutes cleaning up a blender of any kind. I did give it 3 stars for power because I am a foodie and you wont get any frothy foam on top(just a hint of foam) or an ultra smoothness. However, because it's not so strong it allows you to blend your drink right in your cup your going to drink out of without making a mess. I totally wasn't expecting that. So, aside from the lack of culinary perfection of texture and foam, for a guy like me who works full time and has endless things to do before and after work, this little tool is super handy. And for any of you busy environmentalists out there, it uses 2 AAA batteries, so if you use rechargeable AAA batteries(I do) you'll have a realy easy traveling tool and be able to reduce your carbon footprint. I realy like this product.

I had been looking for a battery operated "stick mixer" locally for several months. I found this one on Amazon and I am so happy with it. I ordered a powdered collagen supplement that was advertised to dissolve in both cold and hot liquids. It absolutely would not dissolve in cold liquids which was my preference. Enter the Nestpark Milk Frother and Drink Mixer, and all my problems have been solved. The mixer works wonderfully and quickly -- no more lumps in my collagen drink. The mixer is also easy to clean. I just fill my glass with water and a couple of drops of liquid dish soap, submerge the mixer portion of the drink mixer and turn it on, then rinse under running water. The drink mixer came with a small travel bag and a plastic storage holder than can be wall mounted.

I use this device often to blend my instant coffee. A few weeks ago it became difficult to hit the button and turn it on. Now it does not work at all so the unit is defective. I changed batteries several times and took it all apart but nothing helped. Apparently there is no direct customer service so I guess I will just throw it away and buy another brand. IKEA sells one for $5.00.

I needed something to use to blend protein into my coffee. I started my search and found this one. After having it for a few weeks now, I use it for anything and everything that can use a good spin, blend or froth. It goes with me to work. I take it everywhere. It's easy to use, super efficient and nicely portable. Great price! I think I will buy another one just for the folks at work. I highly recommend it!

When I first got this, it worked great. I make my own hummingbird food and it really made the sugar dissolve fast--loved it! I used it to stir everything. But after a month or two, the stirring end stated to wobble badly. I changed the batteries and it got better for a short time. I pulled the stirrer off and put it back on, and then it would work right once but as soon as I turned it off then submerged it and turned it on again, it would wobble. The only saving grace is that it still works when it wobbles, but it spins a lot more slowly so it's not the same wonderful mixer I had at first. If you click on the link to warranty information, it says to "contact the manufacturer." Not helpful. It's not worth the trouble to try to make a warranty claim on a $15 item. SAD!

This thing is great. I actually bought a second one for home after my first one took up permanent residence at the office. I use it to make bullet coffee, and I keep it right next to my mug. I'm still on my first battery on the first one, so it does not seem to chew through batteries. It's quiet, powerful, small, and cleans itself with a little whisk of power. The mixing element is easy to tweak as needed from time to time to keep it spinning at best speed. A wire element stiff enough to never need tweaking would be large and heavy, chewing up battery life and becoming ungainly. I don't know how they did it, but they got the design of this thing exactly right. Mixers with assorted specialized cups and attachments can go for upwards of a hundred dollars, and then what do you have? A mixer you can only use with its dedicated stuff. With this, I get cup coffee in a paper cup from a vending machine (not all mornings are ideal, after all), and still treat myself to my favorite drink, setting even a hectic morning back on the right foot, right at my desk. Small, quiet, and easy to use, this thing is right at home in the office or in the home.
