Makes my hair feel soft and smooth. I don't use my straightener as much because my hair looks healthy not as frizzy after blow-drying now. Smells decent and isn't too strong. Also going longer between washes since using this product.

I have tried what feels like a million different shampoos and this is by far the best. It leaves my hair feeling actually clean and soft without stripping it or making it dry, or leaving a bunch of residue. I can go a week between washing and it doesn’t wash out my color. For reference I have fine but very thick hair that shows oil easily. Love that it’s affordable for the quality as well.

Redken All Soft Shampoo made an immediate difference in how my hair feels. It cleanses gently without stripping, and my dry ends felt smoother and more hydrated after the first couple of uses. My hair looks shinier, feels softer to the touch, and still has volume...definitely a staple if you’re dealing with dryness or brittleness. I also use this together with the matching conditioner.

I was very skeptical about buying this, but the bundle went on sale for black friday. I figured I should try it. I have thick curly/wavy brown hair and dry scalp. Most shampoos dry out my hair, but this one didn't. It leaves my hair soft, shiny, and does not weigh down my curls. I have only been using it for two weeks, but I'm already seeing an improvement with my hair. I'm not sure why the reviews say it smells amazing. It doesn't smell horrible, but it doesn't have any smell of perfumes or shea butter. It just smells like soap in my opinion. The bottles are small for the normal price so it is a bit pricey. Overall, I say its a good shampoo.

I've tried so many shampoos over the years - whether I got them from a drug store or salon, whether the price was affordable or outrageous, nothing ever seemed to make a positive difference so I started choosing shampoos that didn't have a negative effect and that smelled good. Then I started air drying my hair and happened to get this shampoo and conditioner. I immediately felt a difference - my hair felt as soft as if I'd blow dried or heat styled it. The search is over; I won't use anything else on my white/gray hair. My hair is "normal" and this neither dries it out nor leaves it feeling unclean. I can go 3-4 days before needing to shampoo again. I don't know that it's made my hair healthier but it certainly has made it feel softer.

While I do like how it makes my hair softer than most shampoos, it is packaged in thinner than usual plastic bottles, and very annoying to use. I’ve posted a photo of how the bottles get crushed, from trying to use it. My other shampoo bottles are not like this, and I’ve never had such an issue with any others. It’s not a cheap product. I like it, but won’t be purchasing it again. If I pay that much and have to take the lid off of it to use it, it’s just not worth it to me, it shouldn’t be packaged like this.
