I called the company. They said they only sell the medium in the US, small in Japan and large in Arab countries. To confirm, I requested the UPC, for medium it is 851137000469 (2 pack) and 851137000407 (1 pack). This is why size is not listed on the package.

Does it have 8 little nubs on each nose piece, or only the little circle? How long are those nose pieces? Those measurements sound like the large.

The nose pieces have 3 flatish circles on the outside (i.e. the side that pushes open your nostril) & one larger nub/circle on the inside bottom. The length of the nose piece is almost 1".

They make 3 sizes, why doesn't the company selling these advertise what size? Is it random? (My doctor told me to get a specific size)
