Don’t try others, this is very good!!!
I found that it wasn’t bitter tasting and I liked the taste of the it better than a Starbucks version or actually any other brand. This makes the espresso smother I’m finding. No more trying other brands just the original Lor brand for maker for me. My family and company look forward to espressos and coffe drinks when they come.

Food, but not as good as Nespresso pods
Very good for the price when on sale and nice but slightly weaker flavor than real Nespresso pods. Will buy again.

A great capsule to add to my collection
I love the value and flavor of these L'Or espresso capsules. They are slightly cheaper than ordering direct from Nespresso (especially if you subscribe) and have a good quality and flavor. These are truly lungo capsules and can brew a longer shot without becoming too watery. I love to use these for caffe lattes and iced coffees with my Gran Lattissima machine. Would highly recommend giving these a try, as well as others from the L'Or line.

Weak coffee but pairs well when mixed. Beware of expiration date.
Edited to change star rating and add that I found the flavor to be quite nice when paired with vanilla flavored almond milk. It brings out a nutty flavor quite nicely. The coffee by itself I’m still not a fan but it does mix well in my opinion. As others have noted, they’re covering up the original expiration date with a sticker and adding a few more months to it. Granted, it is not expired when it arrives so it’s not a problem. I’ll drink it before the original expiration date and I’m sure it’ll still be good a few months after anyway, but still, not something they should be doing. In regards to the flavor I found it to be very weak. I should point out that I’ve never tried a Lungo before (which is why I bought these) so I really have nothing to compare it to, other brands may be the same or worse, but I was disappointed regardless. I also tried lowering the settings on my machine to only brew 3oz and it does make it taste a little stronger but not by much. I get better results brewing a regular La Llave espresso pod with the same amount of water. For the price I paid I guess these Lungo pods are fine. I’ll just mix it in with my morning protein shake and stuff but I definitely will not be buying them again.
