The Magene speed/cadence sensor paired with my Apple Watch quickly and has been completely trouble-free. Once installed, I never have to think about it. When I start pedaling, it automatically connects and reports cadence in the Apple Fitness cycling app. It has been reliable, accurate, and easy to use.
