DGSL Foam Insulation Neoprene Sheets with Adhesive, 12''W x 59''L x 1/2''T

We have a very dangerous beam in the stairwell to our basement floor. Everyone has hit their head on this beam, including my tall teenage son. It’s horrible. I bought this foam and easily and quickly attached to the beam.. It is thick enough that if somebody does hit their head, it will at least prevent that person from being seriously harmed. The foam has been amazing. It has lasted over four years. We recently went through a renovation and did painting so the foam was removed. Purchasing again to apply to the beam. Fantastic product!!!

Worked like I needed it to. Easy to use, just enough sticky stuff to hold it steady.

Love this stuff. Use it to insulate 5 gal buckets and also cover the accordion side panels on air conditioners. Can be a bit fragile, but the adhesive is decent and was also able to unstick adjust and restick without issue

Used to seal around a/c window units. Sticks well. Good product

Worked great to cover the useless and ugly accordion plastic on the sides of my AC. Now they are sealed up so bugs don't crawl in and they actually have a slight thermal rating. Some of my ACs had wings that fit this material perfectly, and I just slid the material in paper and all. The ones that didn't have the wings I just used an exact knife to cut the paper so only the perimeter stuck to the plastic.

Used it to paddle a car-top cradles of Thule Hullavator kayak carrier. Bought the white color thinking that it’s less likely to mark on the boat. Sticks very well but in places where the kayak touches (and maybe rubs a little when the car is moving), the foam just broke up or completely wore out.

I bought the 1/4" thick white neoprene. I'd thought about black, which would match the original tail light gaskets I sought to replace, but it wasn't available. The white, however, turned out to be superior as it was much easier to mark tracings onto white than black. The material cut easily with sharp scissors. The thickness was at least 1/16" thicker than my OEM parts, but my new gaskets fit in easily and they stopped rain from leaking into my car. Making gaskets out of this neoprene turned out to be much easier than I anticipated and the material seems superior to that which I replaced. For me, I would have preferred no adhesive surface, but in my application it didn't matter. With or without adhesive, it made for excellent tail light gaskets.

I just used this stuff, (the 1/16th inch thick size,) to make new seals for old Sheaffer Ink bottle lids. Seems to be working very well. :) A little tricky to get the backing off the adhesive side...

Cut this up and shoved some in my snowboard boots. It is definitely white foam!

I followed all instructions. Dried and cleaned the toilet tank and even gave it an extra day for the glue to set before adding water back. It still came off after a couple of weeks.

It's not great, foam will peep away from the adhesive backing. Hard to take off the adhesive once it does separate.
