What color is it. Purple or orange? Because the one I have it on my charger is orange (2014)

Color can be misleading. You need to check for the correct part number with your dealer. 68163849AA is a 50/50 mixture with water. It has been replaced by part number 68163849AB. 68163848AA is the 100% concentrate. It has been replaced by part number 68163848AB. This coolant is called OAT technology. One must not mix OAT coolants with other earlier generation coolants. Check your manual - if it says OAT, this should be the right stuff, but I called my Jeep dealer to be certain. Chrysler / Jeep changed most of their vehicles to OAT in 2013, but it is possible some were switched later.

The cap clearly says oat ms 12106 but amazon says it's not for my 2014 jeep cherokee latitude. any ideas?

Amazon tells me the concentrate version 68163848AB is not compatible with my 2013 Grand Caravan, but says the same product in 50-50 diluted form, 68163849AA (an old version since superseded by AB) is compatible. I wouldn’t put too much faith in Amazon’s compatibility advice.
