Recommended for those joint pains.
I have this on repeat and take 2 capsules every evening. They are quite large but smooth coated so I do not have any issues swallowing them which I do with many of my meds. They certainly help with the aches and pains in my hips and knees as I know when I have not taken them for a few days! They are well priced compared to others on the market. Would certainly recommend.

I love these because of the shape. Not a horse pill like a lot of others. I take 2 a day and this fits very well with my other pills in my pill box.
