It does what is suppose to do, dispenses towels. I can use it laying down on my shelf or hang it up. I think I will use heavy duty command strips if I hang it up. Under the blue film there was one little knick on front and scratches on the back but if laying down or hanging up that really doesn’t matter. It is a sturdy nice paper dispenser. It will save me money on paper towels that is for sure. I like these kinds of towels, they dry very well. Thanks, Amazon for another great, handy product.

Wasn't hard to set up. Looks great. The paper towels rip pretty bad on the way put but maybe that's user error. Thank you

I like it I put it in the kitchen and I had a lot of paper towels left over from the great Covid scare so I had plenty to put in. It takes a little coordination to hang on the wall maybe two people would be better but it’s Works just like the ones you see in restaurants?

This dispenser is perfect! And is completely smudge proof as advertised! I love it!

I purchased this hand towel dispenser through Amazon, because I had purchased a similar one a few months ago and have been very pleased with it. However, I am very disappointed with this one! The first one was plastic, which was fine for our garage. It works perfectly, particularly with the towels dispensing easily with no problem. This one is for our guest bath, so I went with the stainless instead of the plastic. It looks nicer on the wall, but the towels will not dispense properly. They get stuck and rip at the end with almost every single pull!!! And I've tried everything... from turning the towels over and over, stacking less towels or more towels, to purchasing different, softer towels. They are not too tight, and even have a little extra room on each side. But nothing works!! They are hard to pull out, they get stuck at either the right or left end, and they rip!!! This never happens with our garage dispenser, and it was much less costly! This is not Amazon's fault, but the manufacturer's. I am so frustrated!

I bought this for our beauty salon’s bathroom. It looks nice and feels sturdy, so I’ll give it three stars for durability and appearance. But I had to knock off two stars because the paper towels keep tearing when you pull them down. The rim around the dispenser isn’t smooth, so it rips the towels and leaves little paper bits all over the floor, not exactly the look we’re going for in a salon! It does okay if you don’t pack it too full (Too much weight makes it worse) but for a busy bathroom, I’d pick something smoother and practical.

Item was exactly as advertised, compares well to other more expensive SS paper towel dispensers.
