This was a great set to replace the filters on my iSpring Reverse Osmosis Water System. Everything I needed was included and the kit is good for 2 years! Very convenient to ensure my system continues to provide quality tasting water for the family. I also wanted to give a big shoutout to Sean from iSpring. I did not know what system I had so I called the iSpring help desk and Sean answered. He quickly identified the system and found the best deal available for my system. Sean also provided videos with step-by-step instructions that explained how to change the filters. When the package arrived, I noticed that the fittings on the new filters were different from what I had so I reached out to Sean and he sent out a conversion kit right away. After replacing all my filters, I noticed a beeping sound whenever I used the faucet so I reached out to Sean once again and he worked with me to quickly resolve the issue. This was such great customer service! Thank you Sean for all your help!!

The iSpring 7 stage RO 2-year filter set is perfect. It comes with all filters to be changed at the prescribed intervals. In the shipping box, each filter has its own compartment to prevent transport damage. Each filter has a paded sleeve and is shrink wrapped to keep them sterile. I test my RO system water with electronic instruments and can say with certainty that the iSpring (123Filter.com) filters and system provide clean, safe, and pure drinking water. The filters sold by iSpring are top quality and last as advertised. Other economy filters are just that. State water lab testing has proven that economy filters I purchased either did not work as well or last as long as advertised. In addition, I am confident that the high-quality. filters from iSpring (123FILTER.COM) will not introduce contaminates into my drinking and cooking water. I can not say the same for the economy brands. As an engineer, I am very thorough and scientific about my selection of products, especially for water used by my family for drinking and cooking. My refrigerator is supplied this same top quality water for great ice as well. We also give our dog this drinking water and are adamant about safe, pure drinking water for pets. Folks, Unfortunately, the water in the part of NC that I live in is substandard. And I have spent countless hours researching and have owned several different water filtration systems over the past decade+. I have learned lots of lessons along the way to include the importance of making sure water filter is NSF certified. I can say without a doubt, my iSpring RO water filter with UV sterilizer is the best by far. Not only for performance, but also for the price to purchase and maintain. In my house, we only drink and cook with water from our RO filter! Great purchase, well worth the investment!

Pretty easy to install. good videos and directions I did need an adapter to connect my garbage disposal $3 at Walmart. No leaks after 4 months. The water is great. I still need to run it to the fridge. Just watch the measurements it’s a snug fit.

Hi, this company is great, their customer service is excellent, I contacted Sean at iSpring, I let him know that I was having an issue with my RO tank keeping pressure and I only had a slow trickle of water coming out if the spigot. I followed the instructions to trouble shoot the pressure problem and after identifying that it was the Tank, Sean sent me a new tank, I installed it and now my RO iSpring unit is functioning beautifully with a steady stream of water coming out of the spigot. What great customer service! I was able to get a hold of Sean very easily and he sent out the new tank very quickly. This is a great company, thanks again Sean.
