Bought this illuminated magnifying glass for craft modelling. It’s very good. The clamp is strong. The 3x mag is just perfect for my needs. The screen is real glass and not dense plastic. The lead is plenty long enough, and a usb socket is provided to connect to the mains. The flexible arm is sturdy but still easy to move into any position , and the ability to choose 3 levels of brightness is a boon. Also used it to thread needles….. first time , every time. All in all, a product that really works well, at a fair price. I would buy again. I achieved satisfaction with this item.

Very good light and magnification. The clip and build is also stiff and sturdy which is perfect for long painting sessions. Only downside is the light can get quite warm, but not hot to touch (luckily).

Easy to use and attach - good lighting

This is a great asset to have for poor eyesight. It's well made and has a strong spring clip for fixing to desk. It comes with a USB adaptor and a decent lead length. The viewing area of the glass itself is about 95mm (nearly 4" in old money) and has a good magnification. The length of the flexible swan neck is about 350mm (14")

Magnification and brightness are great, but the gooseneck isn’t as strong as it ideally should be. I have to readjust the lamp quite a lot when I’m using it, as it often falls out of place.

Okay. So if you have eyesight like me where I need the magnifying glass to help me see close up better. Then this product is for you. I wear glasses for reading and also for watching TV. But alas, trying ro see simple things like threading cotton into a needle eye...well that was another story. This item easily clips on to the side of your desk, it is quite flexible so you can move it around whilst it remains in place, and it has the added bonus of a brilliant light. Now I can see better ro do arts and crafts, painting my nails, sewing, reading (if I needed), and lots more. Definitely worth buying

I bought this because I'm working on a piece of art with a lot of detail that I was having problems focusing on. This works perfectly as it has three different colours (I tend to use the brighter light), and the magnifying glass does what it should. It enlarges the image enough so that I can lay the colour down properly. I would recommend it, and the price is great too.
