Which type of vitamin d do these contain? -i already take these but am looking for d3 so don’t know if this covers it or i need to add a d3 supplement

: At Bassetts Vitamins we use vitamin D3 in our products. Vitamin D helps absorption of Calcium & helps support healthy bones & muscle function. In addition, Vitamin D helps support the immune system. The Department of Health advises supplementation with 10 micrograms of vitamin D in adults and children over 5 years during the autumn and winter and children aged 1 to 4 years old throughout the year. They do not specify which type of Vitamin D. At Bassetts Vitamins, we use Vitamin D3 which is the type of Vitamin D that is formed when your skin is exposed to sunlight and in the UK most people do not get enough from exposure to the sunlight. Other dietary forms of vitamin D3 include oily fish and egg yolk. Many Thanks Wendy

What is the difference between this on and the mens version

The Bassetts adult vitamins are multivitamins and the Bassetts Mens are Multiviamin and Multiminerals. Hope this helps. Wendy
