After 6 months of buying, Speed control stops functioning!

Like I said, she's an absolute beauty but also a beast!! I was looking for a palm router and when the last of the Makita was sold, I found the Bosch GOF130. She was a tad more expensive (a few hundred), but in retrospect, so worth it. If you are looking for a professional router, with different collet sizes, powerful and versatile, handles superbly and is heavy, then this is it. What I did not check was the fact that this works on the 15 amp socket and not 5 and that's a problem. We don't have too many outlets and that becomes an issue The unit is heavy no doubt and while that is good in a way, plunging the router down and getting it up is a task. There is no fine tuning and so you have to struggle to get the depth right It unfortunately did not come with any bits and so one needs to get those separately. Having a choice of 6mm to 8mm is great. Unlike a palm router, she's not that easy to handle and certainly not in one hand. What I like is the fact that it feels like you are flying a fighter jet with the control setup and having a toggle for speed is just perfect. Overall, if you are looking at something from small to big projects, with adaptability of sizes, powerful and heavy duty, then this is it.

Nice product but company is only provide one rinch in the box at least provide two rinch in the box for opening and tightening the bit

You should buy this item this item works very well and easy to use beginners can also use this product easily. You can buy this product on emi. Price is little bit high but beleive me this is best router in this range.

Don’t think twice. Way better than Chinese competitors. This is the real thing. It’s incredibly easy to use and set up vs the cheapo plunge routers. The time you save will pay the difference rapidly
