Bought this because I had gotten some semi heavy duty posts for my garden. Didn’t want to try my hand at using a sledgehammer to get the posts in the ground. So I got this for ease of use. Some of my guy friends made fun of me for that, but who cares. This worked perfectly for me! LolIt’s a good size and heaviness for the task at hand. Drove my 5 foot metal posts into the ground just fine. I think the price was just right.

Construction is high quality with good looking welds and nice heavy components. At 14 pounds this does a lot of the driving work for you. Used it to drive 9 t posts and it worked really well. Only tricky thing is to keep the T-Posts even and level when whacking on them. Stronly recommended.

I put up deer fencing every winter. I got tired of hammering in with a hammer. So I thought it was time for one of these. It took me less time and saved my knuckles. This price point here on Amazon was better than the big box store. I would definitely buy again but this is well made and will outlast me.

This t post driver was a great price for what it is. It worked well and the weight was good for pounding in t posts. It was easy to use and comfortable to use.

Sets posts with much less effort than a sledgehammer.

This works great. It weighs a bit more than most which is good and bad. Drives a post faster but it takes a little more effort to pick it up. We have a layer of hard pan 6 to ten inches deep and several inches thick, so the extra weight is helpful. If you have a large fence to build it will give your shoulders a work out. Beets the heck out of wood posts and a set of post hole diggers.

It just works, plain and simple!

I purchased this to help drive 30 T-posts for temporary fencing around my garden. After about 20 posts it fell apart. Specifically, the heavy duty post driver was coming apart at the bottom and no longer usable. Yes, a heavy duty post driver couldn't make it through two dozen posts!
