Simple, easy and awesome!
We were hesitant due to the price but are totally happy we made the purchase. The press works amazingly well. We have only used it at two pizza parties but we are Super happy with it so far!

Terrible Repacking
Press looks good. Repacking was terrible. The press was unsecured in the shopping box and was allowed to shift around and scratch the press disk surfaces. It doesn’t appear to have bent scissor arms. Will have check for disks to remain parallel.

How this works will depend upon your dough, and your expectations for it
This press comes in heated and unheated versions; I bought the unheated. The heated version probably works better, and will get your result more in line with the final size you are looking for. The dough I have been using with this press is perhaps too elastic to work well with it. This is to say that although the dough ball gets flattened out, there is a tendency for it to shrink back a bit after it is pressed. There must be an art to using this product which I have not mastered in many tries, but I continue to work at it. The center of the pressed dough will end up being much thinner than the periphery, and any additional stretching you do (which will be absolutely necessary to attain a usable size for a pizza skin) needs to be done somewhat outward from the center. The press is well made, however it was very poorly and inadequately packaged. The box had multiple rips and flattenings when it arrived. I made the delivery driver wait until I opened the box and the contents were miraculously in good condition. I wouldn't count on that result, however. I took delivery of a commercial mixer of somewhat larger size but similar weight, recently. In contrast to this press, it was packaged correctly and the box wasn't even slightly damaged from its journey. In summary, I wondering if this unheated dough press is a somewhat half-way solution; if you really want a press, the heated version will probably do more of what you want and from the product description is much more likely to give you a pressed out shell you can actually use right out of the press.

Ok press
We are a mobile pizza business. Found that it didn’t save anytime in our process and it would only get us about 40 to 45% of the way on size. Could work it with our hands just a fast.
