Review: Nostalgia, Tea, and Coloring!! OH MY!! - Wow!! I just love this coloring book!! There is such a wide variety of pictures to choose from! Some are just weird in my opinion and others are simply elegant. There are whimsical designs and mandalas and just about everything in between. When I purchased this book, I was looking for something very specific. I wanted something to help me feel close to my Mama when I colored. Mama passed away Nov. 5, 2014, and she loved her tea! We even have a running family joke about tea time. I was very close to my Mama and needed that extra closeness in a craft that I know she would have loved doing with me. This book has it all. When I pick it up to color in it, I feel a sense of nostalgia and reverence, and I take my time when I color in it. I can sense my Mama's presence with me as if we are sharing a cup of tea. Many of the pictures have the thicker lines, making it easier for those with vision or dexterity issues to stay within the lines. There are several with the thinner lines as well. Some pictures are full of detail and small spaces while others are not so much. There are quite a lot of pictures to color so it is a decent value. Because of the sentimental value for myself, the price was fine. However, I think that a "slightly" lower price might be better. I would say more, but the water's hot and it's time for a cup of tea!!
