Strong well designed handle and really firm bristles. This brush will last you at least 6 months, the strongest and best quality I've found. It may be more expensive the traditional washing up brushes but I feel like this is completely justified by its quality and the longevity of the product. The wood has a waterproof coating on it so it does not dis-colour or mould. It is beautifully designed and fits well in our Scandinavian kitchen.

This brush is super sturdy, cleans well and I love that it’s more environmentally friendly! When the bristles aren’t strong enough the scraper will get everything off that I’ve thrown at it so far, and it’s really good looking too, so you don’t need to hide it! My only issue has been that a few bristles fell out while cleaning my cheese grater, but nothing else has done that to it so I will but again!

So far I've used this brush to collect fur off my bed (effectively!) and then I used it to scrub some tiles. It does a beautiful job. It washes well with warm water and dish soap but I recommend using anything pointy (like a knitting needle, skewer, etc.) to get under any hair that is hiding in there and lift it out. It's a beautiful brush.
