what size for 46-48 inch waist

I have a 44" waist and I bought a XXL size but their website has a size chart that it can go up to 50" maybe a XXXL can work.

To the best of my recollection as it has been years since I received it, the chart should be on the side of the box & also in the online description of Futuro
