I bought this to be clever with soffit lights I had just fitted - it integrates perfectly with Alexa and so easy to do. Wiring was easy, but it’s not plug and play you do need to have a basic understanding of how lights are wired. The dimming function works really well, it’s great to just have the lights on low and when needed you can just ask for them to go brighter

Let me just start off by saying I’m a professional lighting control engineer, so I’m all too familiar with the flickering of LED’s when dimming them. I never usually leave reviews, but if this can be of help to anyone then it’s worth writing. I was looking for a smart dimmer for a new pendant chandelier in my house, something to integrate with the ecosystem of smart products I already have - but that could also have a physical switch station for the wife or guests. I first purchased a touch dimmer by another brand - which flickered and flashed anything I attached to it. I tested this with all manner of LED loads and load adapters and nothing settled it down, so back it went. That bad experience was replaced with this product, which I bench tested before installation. This managed to dim a single 7W squirrel cage LED lamp with a more than adequate range. Once connected to 3 of these7W lamps it’s dimming became even smoother. Installation does need a neutral, and some space. I got it into a 35mm pattress with minimal difficulty, but I did have the added height of over plaster which added another 5mm or so. Set up was also easy, the device goes straight into pairing mode when first powered. You need wifi AND Bluetooth on, which allows smart life to use its new auto finding function. The device popped up to be added without any searching or anything. Putting the device back into pairing mode requires a steady 5 pushes on the reset switch you have attached. If you are using a standard light switch / rocker switch, this translates to 10 switches. I think that may be where some people are getting confused. The type of switch this uses is a reset / non latching / retractive / press switch. Any of these terms will get you to the same thing. They are readily available at Screwfix ect as they are a standard item for doorbells or electric gate/ garage door contacts / press to exit door systems in the UK. All in all, a very impressive product for the money. I will be buying more of these.

Not great, I bought a few of these (wish I hadn't) and unfortunately didn't set them up for a while (after 30 days). These drop off the WiFi constantly! (The only devices in the house that do this, and I have a large mesh and 30+ smart devices and multiple servers.. none of which drop offline. This device also doesn't support "last state" on power resumed or auto power on etc when connected to a switch before this module. If it at least had on power auto on or off sorting, I'd be able to cope...

Works brilliantly for controlling wall light with led dimmable bulbs. Flawless tuya and alexa integration.

One of the worst product I ever bought. Whenever the app's updated or whatever the timer is there every few months the app logs out, the dimmer drops from the wifi and you can't just re-comnect/pair it back again without disconnecting wiring, so have to take the whole light down, disconnect the electricity, disconnect the wiring and reconnect everything again. It works when connected but for having to redo the whole setup again every few months it's a garbage.

Diese Rezension beschreibt das Modell „Intelligenter SMART WLAN-Schalter TUYA“ Einzelschalter Basic 10A“, „Dimmschalter 1 Gruppe“. Es ist also das Modell, dass nicht nur ein- und ausschalten, sondern auch dimmen kann. Es gibt von Moes zwei Modelle mit identischem Funktions-Umfang und ähnlichem Preis: Den „Moes MS-105 und den etwas kleineren Moes WM-105-M. Ich habe das größere Modell gewählt, weil ich annehme, dass die Gefahr thermischer Probleme geringer ist. Das ist aber reine Spekulation. Moes bietet keine Vergleichs-Tabelle der beiden Modelle an. Auf der Amazon-Webseite wird zur Ansteuerung des WLAN-Switch die Tuya-App genannt. Die Anleitung in der Packung empfiehlt jedoch die eigene Moes-App, die deutlich besser wäre. Ich habe letztere installiert. Zum Betrieb des WLAN-Moduls muss ein Konto angelegt werden. In der Anleitung wird dazu die Angabe einer Mobil-Nummer vorausgesetzt. In der Software reicht dann aber doch eine Email-Adresse, eine Mobil-Nummer wird nicht abgefragt. Aber natürlich muss man WLAN-Name und -Passwort angeben. In der gedruckten Anleitung steht, dass zum Pairing (der Verbindung zwischen Handy und WLAN-Switch) ein angeschlossener Wand-Taster (Moes nennt das ¸Resetschalter“) zehn Mal gedrückt werden muss, was bei einer reinen WLAN-Installation ohne Wand-Taster gar nicht geht. Man müßte diesen Taster also nur für die Einrichtung anschließen. Zum Glück geht der WLAN-Switch aber sofort nach Stromanschluss in den Pairing-Modus über, was er durch ein lautes, sehr unangenehmes Piepen kund tut. Die App findet den WLAN-Switch sehr schnell, damit endet das nervtötende Piepen und das Pairing ist abgeschlossen. Entgegen der Anleitung funktionierte das Pairing auch ohne das Abschalten der 5-GHz-WLAN-Frequenz im Router. Die Installation verlief insgesamt problemlos. Zum Vergleich: Ich hatte zuvor einen WLAN-Switch Shelly Mini 1 (Schalter, kein Dimmer) getestet. Die Installation war eine Katastrophe. Erstaunlicherweise taucht Shelly oft in den Amazon-Suchergebnissen auf und wird überwiegend positiv bewertet. Ein Schelm, wer Böses dabei denkt. Nach dem elektrischen Anschluss braucht der WLAN-Switch ein paar Minuten zum Booten oder zum Verbinden mit dem chinesischen Server. An den Switch habe ich acht dimmbare 4W-LEDs angeschlossen, also Lampen mit ingesamt 32 Watt Leistungsaufnahme. Diese lassen sich bis 27 Prozent runter regeln. Darunter gehen die Lampen aus. Es ist zumindest bei dieser Konstellation also nicht möglich, von 0 bis 100 Prozent zu regeln. Das Schalten oder Dimmen läuft sanft ab. Hübsch. Die dem WLAN-Switch beigelegte gedruckte Anleitung ist mehrsprachig, in englisch ist sie ausführlich, in Deutsch, Französisch, Spanisch und Italienisch sehr viel kürzer, und mit den üblichen Sinn-verzerrenden Übersetzungsfehlern zum Haare-Raufen. Lustig ist auch ein Querverweis zur Seite 34. Die Anleitung besteht nur aus einem(!) beidseitig bedruckten Blatt. Noch ein Detail zu den Anschlüssen: Es gibt für den N-Anschluß nur eine Klemme. Wer sich das Schaltschema ansieht, wird erkennen, dass ein zweiter (gebrückter) N-Anschluss im WLAN-Switch praktisch wäre, um eine Lüsterklemme oder Wago-Klemme einzusparen. Der Platz in den engen Wanddosen ist immer knapp. Das machen Mitbewerber besser, da gibt es zwei N-Anschlüsse im Gehäuse. Auf der Amazon-Webseite kostete der WLAN-Switch am 13.03.2024 23,33 €. Klickt man auf „Schnellere Lieferung“, kostet er nur noch 19,99 €. Interessant! Fazit: Der WLAN-Switch funktioniert und ist relativ leicht installierbar. Bei Anleitung und Beschreibung gibt es noch Luft nach oben.

Dal punto di vista tecnico, il dimmer ha una regolazione della luminosità stabile e silenziosa, senza sfarfallii (se ne possono notare alcuni tra il 10 e il 35%, ma varia in base alla qualità/marca della striscia a led), proteggendo al tempo stesso le lampadine LED e prolungandone la durata. Il modulo si dimostra robusto, affidabile e adatto a un utilizzo quotidiano intensivo. In conclusione questo Dimmer è un prodotto eccellente, ideale per chi desidera unire comfort, tecnologia e risparmio energetico. Un acquisto consigliato per chi vuole trasformare la propria casa in un ambiente smart con semplicità e qualità premium.
