I bought this Wooly Willy toy for my toddler for Valentine’s Day, and it was an absolute hit! It’s such a fun, classic activity that keeps little hands busy and sparks so much creativity. The toy is simple, well‑made, and perfect for imaginative play. Watching my toddler giggle while moving the magnetic pieces around was priceless. I’m so glad I picked this up—highly recommend for anyone looking for a cute, affordable, and entertaining gift for young kids!

Amongst all the other expensive toys my grandchildren received for Christmas, this little gem got their attention. I bought it in remembrance of my own childhood in the 50's-60's. They just couldn't put it down, and were comparing silly creations with each other, laughing and copying one another. Also a great activity to keep in the car for those long car rides. I will buy a few more...

What's not to like about Wooly Willy, a memory from childhood for anyone raised in the 60s! We had fun with Wooly Willy then, and now our grand kids can have fun with him in 2025! We have teens who come to our house for a Bible Study and every time they come somebody invariably picks up our copy that we keep at our house for the grandkids of Wooly Willy to mess with while they wait to get settled. It seems to interest some more than others as the ones who are interested can spend quite a lot of time with Willy while others have no interest in him at all.. Our own grandkids, one 5 and another 7 are quite fascinated with him, while the 3 and 9 year old have little to no interest. Go figure! But the adults are a whole other story! Hardly an adult that comes here can leave Willy alone, haha! Another go figure! it's fun to take the little magnet stick and doodle Willy's magnitized metal shavings all around on his poor old bald head to give him some hair, a mustache, whiskers, or a hat or bow tie, or anything your heart can imagine! (I actually attach a string as we will lose the magnet every time without the string!)

Simple, kids really enjoyed it. There is a place for magnetic pencil, but it doesn't hold it very well. Just keep track of it and it's an inexpensive toy for kids and adults.

A fun, nostalgic toy!

This toy is labeled as appropriate for ages 3+, but in my experience it is not safe for young children. The Wooly Willy toy contains loose black magnetic filings that are stored behind cardboard on the back of the package where the magnetic wand is placed. My three-year-old nephew was able to lift the cardboard easily, causing the magnetic material to spill out. These tiny particles pose a serious choking hazard. Thankfully, he was closely supervised and did not put any in his mouth, but this could have been very dangerous. Parents should be aware that the packaging does not securely contain the magnetic material, and I would not recommend this toy for toddlers despite the age label.

It's a fun. Good for creativity and imagination, and gets kid busy in a car.

Nostalgic charm. The magnetic features provide some entertainment, but I expected a bit more in terms of variety and durability. It's a decent throwback, but there's room for improvement in the overall play experience.

Cuando lo vi no dudé en comprarlo, recordé como mis hijos jugaban con uno similar y como se entretenían, este lo compré para mi nieto y veo que le ha gustado mucho. Lo recomiendo.

$20+ for a $3.99 item. Small, cheaply made - there's nostalgia and then there's just plain nauseous which is how I felt when I opened this item.
