3rd time purchase. I put one more filter on faucet, so I can see the water quality after this Waterfrop filter. 1st and 2nd purchased filters were good. 1 year using still the last fiter was clean. but, this time totally different, after 1 month, the last filter becase very dirty. It means Waterfrop filter does not work properly.

This Waterdrop replacement filter is top quality — crystal-clear water with noticeably improved taste and no odors. I’ve been using the Waterdrop under sink system for over a year now, and this cartridge is a breeze to install. Took me less than 2 minutes to swap out the old one. This replacement filter was easy to install and fit my Waterdrop system perfectly. The replacement process was straightforward, and the water tastes noticeably cleaner and fresher. We started using Waterdrop under the sink water filter system 5 years ago. Compared with the old pitcher system, the Waterdrop system produces equal or even better tasting water and more importantly it significantly reduces the need for filter replacement. Both my RF-15 and the first RF-15UF lasted over 24 months for a family of three, though the second RF-15UF had a water flow reduction issue after 10 months of use. But when I reached out to the the customer service of Waterdrop regarding the issue, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of care demonstrated by Kimberly, who handled my inquiry. Not only did I get a response right away, ensuring me to resolve the issue, but she also asked questions about our system and the products we have used. After a couple of email exchanges, Kimberly proposed a solution, which would not only address the current issue we have but also help us decide what filter to use in the future through comparing different filters. Her professionalism and thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated. I have installed the new filter and it is working great.

I've been using this brand for five or six years now. I thought I'd try the UF this time because it had finer filtration. It worked great for four months and then it just stopped. I called customer service had an excellent conversation with the technician and they immediately shipped me out a new replacement. I'm very happy with this company.
