just got the case and it is not extending the battery life for the phone. it shows both the phone battery and case are charged but it drains the phone

I keep my phone in the case and only use the case to charge my phone when the phone is low. I have not experienced the battery drainage that you described.

No it does not. Very frustrating bc when I purchased the description said that it dud but now the description says the truth- that it dies not

QA why do I have to use the screen protector that comes with the case if I already have one on my phone

I used my own screen protector. The only problem that I have had is the case started to push my protector at corners causing it too bubble up
