Cheap goods are not always bargains !

I purchased this product for the bargain price of 18 cents on ebay. Unfortunately, that was too much even if it were shipped for free, which it was not. So I am out the UPS shipping cost as well as the purchase price. Absolute Garbage, in agreement with the other reviewer. Lesson learned: look for product reviews before bidding on ebay.
