Well made and chrome is modern
It is very sturdy and chrome is very shiny and modern. It is 2 pieces -can be used for 6 towel or 3 towel like I preferred. I love how it looks in my small powder room!!!

Good Quality and Great Space Saver but Daily Use can be a Bit Frustrating
Good quality and relatively easy to install. It comes with hardware to install in drywall. They are great for people who don't have a lot of storage room. My issue is with inserting and removing the towels. You will likely have to roll your towels pretty tightly to get them in except for the top rack. And, it will be a bit annoying to fold them all the same and put them in the same way so it looks okay. Rotating the towels are a bit of an annoyance since why you use one you don't want to move the other 2 up a rung to put the newly washed towel on the bottom. But, they serve their purpose well and after six months they're still performing well.

Too Small
Nice product, well built and sturdy, just too small for our newly remodeled bathroom. However, they would be perfect for a smaller space.

This item is exactly as described, and delivered 3 days ahead of schedule. Packaged well and fit for purpose. Bath towels need to be tightly rolled to fit, but it works.
