how does it recirculate the iced water, from the pictures there only appears to be 1 hole in the tube to supply water to the wrap

There is an Automatic circulation system in the box if you look on the picture you can see it attached to the side of the cooler the instructions for this are in the box. I my self have not set this up as i need to be mobile when i use it but the instructions are easy to follow and removes the manual water recycling I hope this helps.

Is this good for teens to? My son is 15 and about to undergo a knee operation. many thanks

I would suggest it is good I have had both knees replacemed and used it for that to good effect although the one I purchased was slightly different to the one you are showing. I would start off with 10 mins as it gets very cold in the freezer and put a tea towel or something similar between their skin and the ice pack and supervise them at first. I have used several ice machines before but this is by far the best value and easiest to use as you don't need to fill it with ice, it is also easily portable. Any more questions please ask 👍
