Is this a full size board with a 29x29 inch playing area?

Is this really weighing 7.6 pounds only? This sized carrom board should be weighing way more than that. Is that a typo?

We didn't know tha actual weight. But it's definitely more than 7.6 pounds. I lifted more than twice., was very heavy.
